BSS Minis Dubai: Ages 5-8 Years

With our youngest age groups, players aged 5 to 8, our goal is to open each child’s mind to what is possible both with and without the ball. Exploring the unlimited potential through creative and engaging classes. From the very first session, we tap into the energy and imagination of the children to make learning fun, fast paced and exciting.

Each session focuses heavily on individual ball work, making up 60% of the training time. The remaining time is used for small sided Futebol de Salão style game situation, allowing our young players to apply what they have learnt in the session in a match setting. This blend of skill development and match experience is what makes our football classes in Dubai so effective at building confident, technically strong players.

As well as introducing the children to the ICFDS Skills Badge Scheme, we also place an early emphasis on respect, teamwork and friendship – values that we believe as just as important as ability. Our overall aims at this stage is to introduce them to the Brazilian Soccer Schools methodology and give them a strong foundation of our core technical skills to carry forward with them as they progress into more advanced phases of training. At this age, individual growth and creative expression are key and we ensure that every child has the space to develop at their own pace.
